If you wish to pick up your order yourself from our shops, you can pay in cash or by bank card at the shop checkout.

Be sure to check the contents of your order and try things on before paying.

For paid orders, you must show identification or proof of payment at the checkout.

The following payment methods are available for delivery in Moscow (within the MKAD):

- Payment by bank card or electronic payment systems on the website

- Payment upon receipt

For deliveries in Moscow (outside the MKAD) and in Russian cities, only payments by bank card or electronic payment systems on the website are available.

RETURN OF GOODS

Return of goods purchased in the e-shop is subject to Article 25 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 7 February 1992. The goods may be returned within 14 days from the next day after the order is fulfilled.

In case of return of goods, the customer shall bear the cost of courier service. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the goods within the time limits prescribed by law.
